Preparation
step 1: Measure. The first step is to record and measure the areas in which you plan to treat. Record your measurements on the chart provided on the back of the instruction booklet provided with every kit.
step 2: Heat the wraps. You must use extreme caution while handling hot objects in this step. The best way to achieve the proper temperature is to pour water into a slow cooker or crock pot and heat at a low setting. You can also use a regular pot and bring the water to 125° degrees or to a low setting on a stove top. Next, take the rolled-up wraps and soak them in the hot water for only a few minutes. You will remove the wraps in the next step.
Application
step 3: Now you are ready to apply the cream. Remember to begin this process by starting with the lower portions of your body and work your way up. First, you will want to remove one of the wraps from the hot water (use kitchen tongs) and moisten an area of the body (i.e. leg, arm) with a hot wrap. Next, apply a thin layer of cream to the moistened area of your body, do not rub in.
Apply the cream in an upward motion leaving a layer just as thick as a dime.
step 4: Wrap the area. You will now take the wraps out of the hot water one at a time, as needed, and slowly unroll them tightly around the area where cream has been applied. Wraps must overlap each other, being sure that no skin is exposed. Remember to wrap the wraps tight but not tight enough to cut off the circulation.

step 5: Repeat step 3 and step 4. Repeat the last 2 steps until you have wrapped the desired areas of your body. You can wrap your entire body or one section at a time.
step 6: Leave wraps on for 1 hour. In order to get the desired results you must leave the wraps on for a minimum of 1 hour. To enhance the results you can do light exercises during the treatment or heat the body with a heating blanket or a source of steam. Remember that the wraps are constricting and may limit your movement.
step 7: Remove wraps and Measure. Slowly remove the wraps and wash cream off with a luke warm shower. You can also wipe the excess cream off with a wet cloth. Next, you can re-measure the areas in which you have treated, and see your inch-loss. Be sure that you measure the same area and you are not sucking in or pushing out any more or less than when you were first measured.
step 8: See how many inches you have lost!!!
